Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of ADAPT, a web-based social media management tool that helps users review media and captions and publish approved content to their own connected social accounts.
1. Account authorization
You may connect only an account you own or are authorized to manage. Connecting an account authorizes ADAPT to use that platform's official API for the actions you request. You can revoke platform access or stop using ADAPT at any time.
2. Review and publishing
ADAPT presents media and captions for review. Publishing starts only when you explicitly select and approve a publishing action. ADAPT publishes only to the account you connected and does not authorize unrelated third parties to post through your account.
3. Your content and responsibilities
You retain responsibility for the videos, images, captions, and other material you approve. You must have all rights required to use that content and must follow applicable law, TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and the rules of every other connected platform. You must not use ADAPT for spam, impersonation, unlawful content, or unauthorized publishing.
4. Third-party services
ADAPT relies on third-party services including TikTok, Meta, Google Drive, Telegram, and a caption-generation provider. Their availability, review decisions, API limits, and account enforcement are governed by their own terms. ADAPT cannot guarantee that a third-party platform will accept or display a particular post.
5. Service availability
ADAPT is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features when required for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or third-party API changes.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ADAPT is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, loss of reach or revenue, platform actions, or content published through your connected account. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend access when necessary to protect accounts, comply with law, or respond to misuse. You may stop using ADAPT and revoke connected account access at any time. Upon request, we will delete personal data subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The current version and effective date will remain available on this page.
