Shipping Policy

Effective date: 15 September 2026

ADAPT delivers within Egypt only, through Bosta. Estimated delivery is 3–5 working days from order confirmation, depending on the destination. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed appointment; we will inform you of material delays and help resolve delivery problems without limiting your legal rights.

Delivery costs EGP 100 per order. Delivery is free when the product subtotal after discounts is more than EGP 2,000, excluding delivery charges. An order of exactly EGP 2,000 does not qualify under this offer. The applicable charge and final total are displayed before payment. Contact us if the displayed charge differs from this policy.

Provide a complete address and reachable telephone number. If details need correction, contact us promptly; changes may not be possible after dispatch. If delivery fails, contact ADAPT to agree the next step. Any proposed additional charge must be explained and agreed in advance and comply with your legal rights.

For tracking or delay assistance, email adaptwearables@gmail.com or WhatsApp +20 10 23339421. Cancellations and returns follow our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations policy.
