Terms & Conditions

These terms govern purchases from ADAPT at adaptwearables.com. Our Privacy, Shipping, and Returns policies form part of the information provided with your purchase. Egyptian law applies, and nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or access to competent authorities and courts.
Products and compatibility
We sell straps and adapter kits. Review the compatible device model and included components on each product page before ordering. A strap or adapter changes physical fit or appearance; it does not convert a Fitbit into a WHOOP device or add WHOOP software, subscriptions, or tracking features. Devices pictured are for illustration unless explicitly listed as included. Brand names identify compatibility and do not by themselves imply endorsement. Images may differ slightly due to screen settings, but products must match their description. Follow fitting instructions and stop using a damaged or insecure accessory. These statements do not excuse defects or inaccurate compatibility claims.
Orders and prices
Provide accurate contact and delivery details and have legal capacity to purchase, or appropriate guardian authorization. Prices are in Egyptian pounds. The checkout shows the total payable, including applicable taxes and shipping. We may contact you to verify an order. If an item is unavailable or a material pricing error occurs, we explain the issue and seek agreement to any change; we do not substitute items or charge more without agreement. If the order cannot be fulfilled, amounts paid for it are refunded. A confirmation or payment must not be treated as permission for later unilateral changes.
Payment and delivery
Available payment methods appear at checkout. Electronic payments through Paymob apply only when that option is enabled and displayed. Never send payment security credentials to customer support. Delivery, cancellation, return, and refund terms are set out in the corresponding policies.
Responsible use and disputes
Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security, or submit fraudulent orders or unlawful content. Contact adaptwearables@gmail.com about a problem so we can investigate. You retain the right to contact the Egyptian Consumer Protection Agency, including its hotline 19588, or pursue other lawful remedies. We may update these terms prospectively; updates do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing purchase. The Arabic and English versions are intended to have the same meaning. Any inconsistency will be interpreted subject to mandatory Egyptian law and consumer rights.
الشروط والأحكام

تنظم هذه الشروط الشراء من ADAPT عبر adaptwearables.com. وتشكل سياسات الخصوصية والشحن والإرجاع جزءًا من المعلومات المقدمة مع عملية الشراء. يسري القانون المصري، ولا تستبعد هذه الشروط حقوق المستهلك الإلزامية أو حق اللجوء إلى الجهات والمحاكم المختصة.
المنتجات والتوافق
نبيع الأساور وأطقم المحولات. راجع موديل الجهاز المتوافق والمكونات المشمولة في صفحة المنتج قبل الطلب. يغيّر السوار أو المحول التركيب أو المظهر، ولا يحوّل Fitbit إلى جهاز WHOOP ولا يضيف برمجياته أو اشتراكاته أو خصائص التتبع الخاصة به. الأجهزة المصوّرة للتوضيح ما لم يُذكر صراحة أنها مشمولة. تُستخدم أسماء العلامات لبيان التوافق ولا تعني وحدها وجود اعتماد منها. قد تختلف الصور قليلًا حسب الشاشة، مع وجوب مطابقة المنتج للوصف. اتبع تعليمات التركيب وتوقف عن استخدام أي إكسسوار تالف أو غير مثبت بإحكام. لا تعفي هذه الإرشادات من مسؤولية العيوب أو وصف التوافق غير الصحيح.
الطلبات والأسعار
قدّم بيانات اتصال وتوصيل صحيحة، ويجب توافر الأهلية القانونية للشراء أو إذن ولي الأمر المناسب. الأسعار بالجنيه المصري. يعرض إتمام الطلب الإجمالي المستحق بما يشمل الضرائب والشحن المطبقين. قد نتواصل للتحقق من الطلب. عند عدم توافر المنتج أو وجود خطأ مؤثر بالسعر، نوضح المشكلة ونطلب الموافقة على التغيير؛ ولا نستبدل المنتج أو نفرض مبلغًا إضافيًا دون اتفاق. إذا تعذر تنفيذ الطلب نرد ما دُفع مقابله. تأكيد الطلب أو دفعه لا يسمح بتغييره لاحقًا من جانب واحد.
الدفع والتوصيل
تظهر وسائل الدفع المتاحة عند إتمام الطلب. يسري الدفع عبر Paymob فقط عند تفعيله وظهوره كخيار. لا ترسل بيانات أمان الدفع إلى الدعم. ترد تفاصيل التوصيل والإلغاء والإرجاع والاسترداد في السياسات الخاصة بها.
الاستخدام والنزاعات
يُمنع إساءة استخدام الموقع أو الإخلال بأمانه أو تقديم طلبات احتيالية أو محتوى غير قانوني. تواصل عبر adaptwearables@gmail.com بشأن أي مشكلة لبحثها. يظل لك حق التواصل مع جهاز حماية المستهلك، بما فيه الخط الساخن 19588، أو استخدام سبل الانتصاف القانونية. تسري تحديثات الشروط للمستقبل ولا تلغي بأثر رجعي حقوق عملية شراء سابقة. المقصود أن تحمل النسختان العربية والإنجليزية المعنى نفسه، ويُفسّر أي اختلاف بما يتفق مع القانون المصري الإلزامي وحقوق المستهلك.
